Our rates are as follows:

March – May & September –

November

  • Single occupancy $ 70
  • Double / Twin Rooms $ 90

June – August & December – February

  • Single occupancy $ 50
  • Double / Twin Rooms $ 65
  • All prices are in US Dollars, and are per room per night.
  • Prices include: Accommodation only.
  • Prices are subject to 10% Sales Tax and 10% Service Charge.

Cancellation Policy

As a small business, cancellations have a big impact on us. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible by emailing szingkha@gmail.com.Cancellation of your reservation may incur some costs.

Cancellation charges are as follows and are strictly applied:

  • More than 3 weeks prior to arrival date: full refund/ 0% charge
  • Less than 3 weeks prior to arrival: 20% of the total cost of the stay will be charged
  • Less than 1 week prior to arrival: 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged
  • Less than 3 working days prior to arrival: 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
